Ennis Crossroads

Ennis, Texas

In 2004 Gideon purchased an 80,000 square foot vacant Wal-Mart in Ennis, Texas.

Gideon redeveloped the center into a multi-tenant retail shopping center with tenants such as Bealls Department Store, Radio Shack, Advance America, Nation Wide Insurance, Aaron’s Rents and others. Additionally, the property had excess land that Gideon re-platted and sold pads to I-Hop and Taco Cabaña.

Gideon sold the project in 2006 to a California investor, achieving double digit returns to its investors.
