Gideon acquired 3510 Ross Ave in mid-2019 and immediately started to plan for its redevelopment. The original building was approximately 12,000 sqft. and was built in three phases. In order to create more parking, approximately 2500 square feet of building was demolished.  After the demolition and the creation of the additional parking spaces we were still short 10 spaces. To  reach the required amount of spaces for retail use, we  applied to The Board of Adjustments for a variance and ultimately received an addition 10 spaces.

Currently the project is 100% leased with the first two tenants set to open early October 2022 and the other two later 2022 or early  2023.
