A $20,000,000 re-development of a 161,012 square foot retail center with Whole Foods and Petco as the anchors.

Gideon acquired the property over a 2 year period from 3 different owners, subsequently redeveloping the center with additional tenants such as Zoe's, Verizon and Einstein's Bagels. We also worked intensively with the Colleyville Economic Development Corporation to solidify this center.

The development was completed mid 2014 and sold in the spring of 2015 to a REIT achieving high 20 returns to the investors.
